NPR technology carries out its functions through the close circuit cameras that are equipped with IR strobe light. This helps in recognizing the number plate of any automobile during dark night. The traffic on the roads can be easily managed through this technology. These lights are used for illumination purposes. IR strobe light is also used by the detectives for the negligible effect on that particular investigation which is carried out at night.
